Born and raised in Niagara, Canada, Dianne’s experience and portfolio extends around the World. After graduating from University of Waterloo and University of Ulster in Northern Ireland, Dianne settled in Europe where she held senior corporate sales and marketing roles within STA Travel Group, Lufthansa German Airlines, Star Alliance and Hertz UK Limited.
Dianne’s responsibilities included global contract negotiations, market research, training and development, execution of strategic marketing initiatives involving partnerships and loyalty. Dianne created and implemented highly successful multi-partner loyalty programs, through traditional channels, online and mobile across Europe in the 90s.
Dianne returned to Canada in 2002 and spent a season as a snowboard instructor at Whistler Blackcomb Resort in British Columbia before joining Flight Centre, as Head of Marketing for Eastern Canada, where she became instrumental in that retail chain’s unprecedented growth in the Canadian travel market. Dianne was particularly effective at incentivising staff to optimize performance.
Since 2003, as an entrepreneur, a creative conceptualist and marketing communications leader, Di has engaged her dynamic range of skills with companies across all business sectors as a branding and communications expert and strategic business consultant.
She works with companies to build their brand and communications strategies across multiple channels and leads a talented team specializing in advertising, marketing, print, graphic design, digital, social media and multimedia.
As an individual, Di shares her infinite passion for her family with a love for the outdoors including all sports on snow and water. When not doing chimpy things Dianne prefers to be at home attempting to grow vegetables and hanging out in the garden with Ruby and Flynn.
